Senior Building Surveyor, BirminghamSalary level negotiable, circa £50,000 + Benefits

In this role you will deliver the day to day building surveying services as well as be client facing.

The role of Senior Building Surveyor:Providing competent professional advise to clients on a range of property related issues including advising on capital works schemes, feasibility, works prioritisation and building / construction issues.Monitor progress on projects ensuring timescales are met.Problem solve and find solutions when issues occur.Seek to develop new business opportunities and develop existing relationships.Undertaking building condition surveys.Preparing specifications, schedules of work and drawings for capital improvement works.Contract administration including drafting of standard contract forms.Project management of annual capital programmes of work across multiple sites.

Key Skills and Experience:Educated within a relevant field such as a degree in Building Surveying or similar.Hold Chartered status or looking to become fully chartered.Experience of commercial property.Some experience of using AutoCAD.UK driving licence.
