Senior Building Surveyor

Your new companyYou will work for an internationally leading construction consultancy based in Birmingham. You will work in a large building surveying team, as a Senior. You will work across a range of sectors including public sector, commercial, retail, education and development. Your new roleYou will work as a Senior Building Surveyor, leading projects with clients, as well as working with condition surveys and reports, dilapidations and supporting the juniors within the team. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience as a Building Surveyor, and be MRICS or working towards your APC. You will be happy to work with clients, and continue to develop great customer service. You will be happy to work in the office, however the team also offer home working too.
