  • Measured Surveys: Conduct detailed surveys of existing buildings and sites.
  • Site Inspections: Carry out thorough inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Design Expertise: Develop Employer’s Requirements for Design and Build projects.
  • Tender Management: Oversee tender processes, analyze bids, and prepare detailed tender reports.
  • Lifecycle Oversight: Manage projects from inception to completion, including specifications and work schedules.
