As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.My client enjoys a c£850 million turnover with their projects ranging from £10 Mil - £150 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more.About The Role:As a Senior Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:• Creating and understanding specifications.• Building relationships with clients.• Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.• Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.• Reporting and working closely with the DirectorAbout You:• Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.• Understanding and creating specifications.• Experience working on New Build & similar projects.• Excellent Construction industry knowledge.• Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating.• Great technical knowledge.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Live in a commutable distance to BirminghamWhat’s on Offer:• Salary £85,000 - £95,000 (DOE)• Car Allowance • Company Pension• 27 days holiday + Bank Holidays• Progression & Growth• Potential for Hybrid work
