Senior Fire Engineer

They offer a variety of services including design, engineering solutions, and project management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in fire engineering or a closely related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of fire standards such as BS9999, NFPA 130, BS9992, and EN45545
• Proficiency in fire modelling and the ability to gather data and effectively convey findings through reports
• Proven track record of working on a variety of projects within commercial, residential, and rail transportation sectors

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments to identify and mitigate fire-related risks, working with team members to minimise potential hazards
• Create technical reports and engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to project completion and installation
• Review critical documentation and provide feedback on the quality of fire safety installations, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards
• Stay updated on fire standards and regulations, keeping informed about any policy changes
