Senior Fire Engineer

They offer a variety of services including design, engineering solutions, and project management.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in fire engineering or a closely related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of fire standards such as BS9999, NFPA 130, BS9992, and EN45545
- Proficiency in fire modelling and the ability to gather data and effectively convey findings through reports
- Proven track record of working on a variety of projects within commercial, residential, and rail transportation sectors
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments to identify and mitigate fire-related risks, working with team members to minimise potential hazards
- Create technical reports and engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to project completion and installation
- Review critical documentation and provide feedback on the quality of fire safety installations, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards
- Stay updated on fire standards and regulations, keeping informed about any policy changes
