A new position as a Senior Surveyor for a leading Housing Association in Birmingham has come available in the newly formed Investment Team, reporting into the Capital Investment Manager. Senior Surveyor£45,000 + £1,650 Car AllowanceBirmingham (Hybrid) PermanentSenior Surveyor duties: - Tender and manage the external contractor on the planned maintenance streams
- Oversee the delivery of planned projects across the 3,400 stock
- Provide leadership and expert technical knowledge on surveying, building maintenance and investments
- Work alongside an Assistant Surveyor and a Compliance Team

Senior Surveyor requirements: - Experience working with Contracts within Social Housing
