Are you passionate about building exceptional client relationships and driving success in the technology sector? Our tech client are looking for an experienced Client Success/Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery while driving growth and innovation.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management; Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels through first-class engagement.
  • Account & Stakeholder Management; Develop and execute a structured Client Account and Stakeholder Management Plan.
  • Client Satisfaction & Service Reviews; Conduct annual satisfaction reviews, deliver monthly service updates, and lead quarterly Steering Groups to ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Sourcing & Opportunity Pipeline; Collaborate with clients to manage and develop new business opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation Management; Handle escalated concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Service Delivery & Compliance; Ensure service is delivered in line with contractual SLAs and client expectations.
  • Revenue Growth; Achieve internal revenue targets in line with annual budgets.
  • Continuous Improvement; Identify areas for enhancement using data, reporting, and expert insights.
  • Client Advocacy; Act as the Voice of the Client during internal meetings, influencing technology and data strategies.

The client are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with:

  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or relationship management within the tech sector.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver against KPIs.
