Time Recruitment are searching for a Clinical Lead for an independent care provider who have decades of experience running and managing successful nursing homes.Exclusively delivering care in the west and east midlands the group is ran by clinicans at operational level so they understand what care and nursing excellence looks like, we are looking for a Clinical Lead to join this already thriving team in promoting clinical excellence!The service is a specialist dementia home catering to the needs of the local community; they have small 17 bedded specialist units ensuring skill mixing, good quality care and staffing ratio's are easily and safely managed.
