- Booking surgeries, follow-ups, and medical tests
- Managing clinic diaries and patient records (Salesforce)
- Handling high volumes of calls and emails with empathy
- Processing payments and invoicing (Sage)
- Outbound sales to enhance aftercare services
- Strong admin and IT skills (Salesforce/Sage experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in outbound sales or debt collection is an advantage
