This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a vibrant Patient Support team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care and appointments.Key Responsibilities of the Patient Support Administrator:
  • Booking surgeries, follow-ups, and medical tests
  • Managing clinic diaries and patient records (Salesforce)
  • Handling high volumes of calls and emails with empathy
  • Processing payments and invoicing (Sage)
  • Outbound sales to enhance aftercare services
To be considered for the Patient Support Administrator role:
  • Strong admin and IT skills (Salesforce/Sage experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in outbound sales or debt collection is an advantage
