This role is ideal for someone who excels at guiding and mentoring technical teams, helping to shape a high-performing cloud services team.

As a Lead Azure Engineer, you will:

  • Mentor and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and skill development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Azure, supporting team members and clients with in-depth technical insights and solutions.
  • Drive the team’s success by establishing standards and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met, coordinating the team’s response to complex technical challenges.
  • Continuously improve team capabilities by promoting knowledge sharing, professional growth, and ongoing training.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience managing Azure environments with a focus on team leadership and mentoring.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure.
