Your Role

  • Assessing, defining, and implementing Kubernetes and OpenShift capabilities that enhance DevOps efficiency, delivering innovation, agility, cost optimisation, and faster time to market.
  • Adopting a comprehensive approach to modernising the developer experience, focusing on key dimensions such as organisation and culture, DevOps practices, processes, automation, and tooling.
  • Architecting and designing scalable & resilient cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, management, and optimisation of containerised applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation strategies, reduce operational complexity, and ensure continuous improvement across the platform.
  • Guiding teams in leveraging cloud-native solutions and multi-cloud environments to meet evolving business and technical requirements, ensuring flexibility and future-proof architecture.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes &/or OpenShift with the ability to deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes &/or OpenShift clusters
  • Experience in container orchestration to ensure efficient management and orchestration of containerised applications, including automated deployment, scaling, and management
  • Experience with security best practices including RBAC, image scanning, pod security policies, container security & network policies
  • Enabling continuous delivery while ensuring reliability, quality, observability, and performance
  • Understanding of observability and monitoring platform; Experience of having collaborated with developers to implement and improve observability and monitoring practices is preferred.
  • Security and governance models for cloud engineering and operations -Desired
  • Has strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Being comfortable in a client-facing role, with previously consulting or advisory experience.
