Salary: £45,000 - £49,000
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Infrastructure and Cloud professional, looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in 3 rd line technical support for the Microsoft tech stack? Have you previously troubleshooted, maintained and supported an Azure and on-premise infrastructure estate? Interested in working in a role that will give you an excellent balance between project work and BAU? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you!
I'm looking to speak with individuals who can support and maintain both servers and storage. You will be able to provide administration of SaaS based environments, particularly Microsoft 365. You will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise for project builds and implementations, as well as assisting in the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 3 rd line technical support and assist with 2 nd line support where required
Maintain and support server and storage
Troubleshoot, support and maintain the Azure and on-premise infrastructure
Support the SharePoint environment, providing troubleshooting and maintenance
Provide administration of Microsoft 365, as well as other SaaS environments
Assist projects and implementations by providing technical expertise for planning and execution
Help the company maintain compliance with security policies
Promote continual service improvement and produce and maintain technical documentation
The Ideal Candidate
AZ-900 or MS-900 certified
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Collaborative approach to resolving issues
Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation
Desired experience with:
