Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with educational institutions to offer tailored VoIP and Networking Solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, customer engagement, and technical understanding to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Strategy:
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the education sector to achieve revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for VoIP and networking solutions in schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
Client Engagement:
Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders, including IT managers, administrators, and decision-makers.
Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative solutions that align with clients' goals.
Market Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and challenges within the education sector.
Analyze competitors to refine our value proposition and identify gaps in the market.
Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver bespoke solutions.
Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns and materials for the education sector.
Reporting and Metrics:
Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
Provide regular updates on progress, forecasts, and market feedback to the leadership team.
Experience:
Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in VoIP, networking, or a related technology field.
Experience working within the education sector is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of VoIP, networking, and telecommunications solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly solutions.
