  • Utilising telesales, networking and social media to proactively identify and engage with businesses, to promote our clients full offering of Apprenticeships, and Commercial Training programmes.
  • Develop and maintain employer relationships (existing and new clients) and maximise all opportunities for growth and repeat business.
  • Researching new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers, to develop and maintain lasting relationships
  • Produce and deliver sales propositions / presentations and negotiate with businesses effectively.
  • Work to achieve and exceed agreed monthly targets.
  • Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis, promote the benefits and training courses available (Apprenticeships/Commercial) – overcoming barriers and giving advice and guidance to the most suitable training route.
  • Manage own daily output using our client’s internal CRM system.
  • At all times demonstrate the ability to handle calls and face to face meetings in a professional manner and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
Essential Criteria:
  • Must have experience of working within a business-to-business sales role, ideally within the work-based learning industry though this is not essential.
  • Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
  • Excellent presentations and communication skills
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Car owner and driver, flexible with travel
