The position is ideal for a Commercial Director/Manager or Senior QS/Estimator with experience in Commercial Groundworks.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £120k+ per year and a percentage of profits from work won.
Candidates must have prior experience working for a groundworks sub-contractor in a senior role such as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or Commercial Manager/Director.
The role requires the ability to estimate from BoQs and first principles, along with the initiative to secure work and manage projects to final account.
The position involves overseeing the full commercial function for a groundwork contractor in the Midlands, reporting directly to the owner.

In return you will receive Commercial Directorship and a % within a reputable groundworks business within the West Midlands. All communication will be handled with the strictest of confidence.

Candidates must have experience of working for a groundworks sub-contractor in a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or Commercial Manager/Director role in the past.

Must be able to estimate from BoQs and 1st principals, with the drive an initiative to secure work and deliver the project to final account.

You will be responsible for the full commercial function for a successful groundwork's contractor in the Midlands, reporting to the owner directly.

Salary

£120k+ minimum per year, salary and package demands wont be an issue,
