Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team. Your duties as a Commercial Manager will include:
路Leading, managing, developing and training the commercial teams across your portfolio of projects.
路Lead on all contractual matters from inception to close out.
路Managing the Risk & Opportunities process.
路Setting and managing budgets ensuring all costs are correctly allocated.
路Establishing and maintaining rigorous cost controls including early warning systems and providing robust accurate financial data and management.

Requirements:
路Minimum 5 years experience as a Commercial Manager on infrastructure projects
路Experience working on rail civil engineering projects, preferably light rail
路Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
