Are you a Commercial Manager from a Fit Out/construction background wanting to develop your knowledge in the industry and be part of a growing business?

In this role you will assess potential projects, do site visits, interact, estimate and negotiate with clients and suppliers to achieve best performance for the business as well as produce reports for leadership.
The ideal candidate is based in Birmingham, works in the construction, and fit out industry as a commercial manager with estimation experience, has excellent communication skills, experience in negotiating with clients and suppliers and providing reports to leadership.
THE ROLE:
- Estimation for commercial fit out projects.
- Negotiate with clients and suppliers.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance company performance.
THE PERSON:
- Fit Out construction industry experience.
- Commercial and Estimation Management with clients and suppliers
- Commutable to Birmingham and have car to travel if required.
