SLH Consult are partnering our client a national contractor that specialises within therefurbishment sector focusing on schools, local authority housing, voids and commercial buildings throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth they are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager for there West Midlands based business, this position will form an integral part of the senior management team and continued growth and success of the business.
The successful candidate will possess aBSc in Quantity Surveyingand minimum of 7-10 years of sector relevant experience, you may be already working as a commercial manager looking for a new challenge and further career progression, or a senior quantity surveyorlookingto progress into a commercial managers position,you will already or have previously workedwithin the refurbishment sector, workingwith local authorities, with exposure to voids, commercial refurbishments, schools extensionsand new build projects, as well as undertaking general commercial duties/tasks you will also be involved in estimating, pricing of projects and client facing with key clients, you will also mentor and guidean existing commercial team.
