Development Executive - Financial services
Basic up to £40,000 pa, plus uncapped OTE
Plus £3600 car allowance

Our client is one of the fastest growing Insurance brokerages. This role is to develop relationships with new and existing clients, by understanding their needs and approach to insurance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Business Development manager either within financial services or selling insurance related services.
Key Responsibilities
- To meet with prospect clients to understand their business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance
- Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business
- Liaise with underwriters to obtain quotations
- To deliver and sell the insurance proposals
- To expand existing client portfolio to include additional covers and to produce new business leads for the sales team
- Plan client meetings in advance
- Responding to incoming leads and enquiries (60%) and generating new leads (40%) using existing database
The role will involve travelling across the UK to meet clients. You will be able to work remotely and from home with office meetings occasional meetings in the office.
