Commercial Managing Director – Communications DivisionLocation: Birmingham Office with some flexibility

SF Executive is proud to partner with a high-growth Birmingham-based technology business seeking a Commercial Managing Director to lead its £30M t/o Communications division. Reporting to the CCO, you will own the divisional P&L, drive sales growth, and lead high-performing sales across Unified Comms, Mobile, Mobile as a Service, Telephony, and Call Centre solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L ownership, ensuring revenue and profitability growth.
  • Develop and execute divisional strategy aligned with the group’s vision.
