We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking and fast-growing agency based in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a perfect role for a talented and ambitious professional with a passion for paid media, particularly with shopping campaigns, and who is eager to work with innovative platforms.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid shopping campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Standard Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Advantage+ Catalogue Ads, TikTok Shop, Pinterest Shopping, and more.
  • Feed Optimisation: Oversee and maintain product feeds, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and localisation via Google Merchant Centre, Meta Catalogue, and other feed platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce and creative teams to ensure product imagery, pricing, and descriptions align with best practices for ad formats.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests for campaign elements like creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve results.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget pacing and forecasting to ensure efficient monthly spend allocation and explore scaling opportunities.
  • Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and new tools to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in unison with SEO, CRM, and organic social teams to drive a cohesive marketing strategy.

Skills for Success:

  • Proven ability to manage paid media performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Experience in supporting client growth with digital strategy and campaign execution.
  • Confidence in managing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
  • Strong creative thinking for campaign testing strategies and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills with a focus on competitor activity and paid performance.
  • Up-to-date with trends and new technology that can support business/client growth.
  • Experience managing affiliate marketing platforms.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, particularly with shopping campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, especially Performance Max and Shopping, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager, and feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Channable).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in managing large-scale product catalogues and optimising feeds for multiple regions/languages.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Experience in an Agency & client-facing role and with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
