Job Description: After-Sales Support

As After-Sales Support, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing and delivering an after-sales service to customers throughout the UK and Ireland.

This will include:

  • Professionally handling enquiries from business customers related to the range of battery powered garden tools.
  • Initial troubleshooting and diagnostics. Log and manage cases.
  • Communicate internal and externally via phone calls, email, chat, the customer portal and customer visits.
  • Train our customers’ aftermarket teams to answer most frequent questions.
  • Approve warranty claims and advise on the warranty process to customers.
  • Handle contacts for product assistance and advice from end users who may contact us directly.

Candidate profile: After-Sales Support

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in After-Sales to help build and support a department that meets the high customer service standards you believe in. Experience in the garden or power tools market would be an advantage but not essential.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience of After-Sales, Service or warranty processes.
  • Reside within a commutable distance of Birmingham.
  • A fluent communicator in both written and spoken English and a full driving license.
  • A structured person who takes responsibility.
  • You love working with other people, have a genuine desire to learn, and want to work in a technical environment. You take pride in providing a great customer experience.
  • A passion to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and ready to go the extra mile.

Salary/Benefits Information:

Basic salary £36,000 - £38,000 plus annual bonus, matched pension to 5% of salary, 25 days holiday. Opportunity to progress internally.
