We’re working with a well-established and thriving Investment practice that is seeking a client service executive to join their Birmingham team. This client spends time learning about their clients’ unique needs to help shape their futures. Moreover, they have the same ethos when it comes to their employees, they’ll discuss your long-term career plans to shape progression and opportunities to learn to match your goals but also to manage your expectations from the beginning.

As a Client Service Executive you will be the first point of contact to clients, you will manage all administration and will play a key role in their client experience. To be successful within the role you must have strong relationship building skills and always thrive to provide the best service available.

The role:

  • First point of contact for clients and their intermediaries
  • Answer calls/emails, attend meetings as required, manage discussions and delivery a high-quality experience
  • Onboarding, transfers, payments and reporting
  • Prepare literature for client meetings
  • Administration of client data, client documentation and new business paperwork onto back-office systems/platforms
  • Understand suitability requirements and support the investment managers/financial planners with gathering relevant information

To succeed you will need:

  • Previous financial services experience (such as: Wealth management, IFA, Investment, Pension or Accounting)
  • Experience with end-to-end administration
  • Experience with client communication
  • Face to face client experience (desirable)
  • Organised and proactive
  • IT Literate: experience with platforms/systems
  • Understanding of regulations and compliance where appropriate
  • GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent
