Our client is a corporate workspace business and they are currently looking for a Client Services Executive to join their team. This is a part time and office based role. The hours will be Monday-Friday 9:30-14:30.
There will be uncapped commission available.
Duties:
- Conduct a post move in call with a follow-up email 2-3 weeks after the client has moved into their space to ensure satisfaction.
- Arrange a courtesy call at 4-6 months/midway through the contract to address any concerns and maintain engagement.
- Conduct a final retention call 4 months before the end of the contract to establish if the client intends to stay, move, or expand, and pass these details to a sales consultant to support any new requirements.
- Proactively use provided data to ensure all clients are contacted at regular intervals throughout their lifecycle.
- Send settling-in cards to clients with a contract value over £500 as part of a personalized welcome process.
- Log all communications and client details in the company CRM system with accurate and detailed notes.
- Monitor contract timelines to ensure no key touchpoints are missed, supporting client retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
- Actively encourage and capture client referrals through positive engagement and exceptional service.
- Ensure Officio remains the first choice for workspace solutions by delivering an outstanding client experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service ethics

- Great attention to detail
- Confident user of MS Office 365
- Minimum grade C in English and Maths
- London Geography Knowledge (Desirable)
- B2B experience (Desirable)
