We are looking for a Commercial Assistant with the ability to support with estimating and quotes to work closely with the Commercial Manager of this contractor specialising in the retail sector.

Location = Local to Hall Green

As a Commercial Assistant, you will:

Provide accurate cost estimates for projects,
Assisting with budgets and submitting tenders/quotes to clients.
You will have commercial responsibility for a diverse range of retail projects
Be a key contact for and work in collaboration with Project Managers, Suppliers, and Clients to ensure the best outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven experience in a commercial support role
Ideally within the retail or construction industry
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
