- Managing customer service matrix, opening quotes log, and updating daily sales and pipeline reports.
- Supporting product management and reporting across multiple European locations.
- Administering annual pricing agreements and collaborating on cost-saving initiatives.
- Creating marketing and commercial presentations using market and internal data.
- Handling RFQs, customer payments, SAP quotations, and providing comprehensive customer support, including managing sales order entry.
- A-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
- Prior experience in a call centre or tele-sales environment making outbound and sales calls.
