Field Sales Executive (NHS)
35,000 - 38,000 (OTE 50K) + Bonus + Car / Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Training
Remote - Midlands-based with UK travel
Do you have any Sales experience with an NHS background, with a passion for making a real difference to patients' quality of life, looking for a rewarding, field-based Account Manager role which offers flexibility, autonomy and a fantastic benefits package?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established medical textiles company that has been supplying specialist support garments for over 30 years. With strong relationships across NHS trusts nationwide, the company is experiencing continued growth and expansion into new areas. To support this growth, they are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join the team.
As part of this role, you'll work remotely, managing your own diary while traveling across the UK. You'll nurture and grow key accounts, provide demonstrations and training, and collaborate closely with colleagues across sales and other departments. This is a role where your efforts will have a tangible impact on the lives of thousands.
This role would someone with any Sales experience from an NHS background, looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role with strong earning potential through a generous bonus scheme.
The Role:
- Managing existing relationships with NHS and private hospitals while developing new connections.
- Driving sales to grow market share and achieve targets.
- Assist with home visits - patient facing work is involved
- Representing the company at promotional events and exhibitions.
- Creating business plans tailored to sales goals.
The Person:
- Any sales experience
- Medical / NHS background
- Happy to travel across the UK
