Responsibilities as a Field Sales Representative:

  • Build and maintain long-term trading relationships with customers.
  • Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Ensure our products are prominently displayed for maximum visibility.
  • Spot and seize new sales opportunities to drive growth.
  • Manage your schedule effectively to optimise sales opportunities.
  • Keep on top of sales admin and communication - organisation is key!
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company and keep ahead of the competition.

Requirements as a Field Sales Representative

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing sales is preferred
  • A full, clean driving licence (company van provided)
  • A natural people-person with outstanding communication skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
  • IT-savvy - Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
  • Adaptable, flexible, and ready to hustle!
