About the Role:

Are you a proactive and driven sales professional with a passion for the healthcare sector? Do you have a knack for building strong, meaningful relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers? If so, we invite you to join us as a Sales Representative.

We are looking for a dynamic sales representative to manage direct sales activities within the Midlands region covering postcodes: B, DN, LL, WS, SK, HU, DE, S

In this key role, you will plan, execute, and manage direct sales activities within the healthcare sector, predominantly focusing on NHS procurement and related private medical environments. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager to grow business in your assigned region, managing and developing a pipeline of new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

You will receive:

  • A competitive base salary, company car and a competitive commission structure where you can earn a realistic OTE of £55,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop a regional territory plan and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, ensuring CRM accuracy throughout the process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide customer training, and promote the brand across your region.
