Day-to-day of the role:
  • Register client details and maintain an organised client database.
  • Book and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering queries.
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers to secure sales.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver consistently high service standards.
  • Engage in canvassing and other activities to generate new business.
  • Actively participate in community events to establish and enhance your local reputation.
  • Prepare and manage contracts and terms to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Utilise various advertising channels to market properties effectively, including social media, videos, leaflets, and photography.
  • Refer clients to internal resources such as legal services and mortgage advisers to facilitate related transactions.
