Description

What You Will Do:

  • Handle inbound upsell opportunities from our existing customer base (e.g. additional licences, purchase of extra professional services resource, hardware, etc.)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any customer queries
  • Responsible for managing upsell leads from our Customer Support and Professional Services teams
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks such as customer/ internal queries
  • Provide the Sales team & leadership with reporting support
