Trainee Field Sales Professional – Starting at £25,000 – Rowley Regis, B65 0JY (Travel Required)

The Role

Do you have the personality, drive, and discipline to become a top-tier sales professional? Join KeyTracker as part of an exciting new team of Trainee Field Sales Professionals!

You’ll receive full training, both on-the-job and through an accredited Apprenticeship, equipping you to grow into a fully certified Sales Executive.

This role involves:

  • Visiting businesses and advising them on KeyTracker products.
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, focusing exclusively on business-to-business sales.
  • Spending two weeks in training at our head office near Oldbury, Birmingham, then moving into field sales within your territory, with weekly office visits for support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with potential clients, guiding them to the best KeyTracker solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of our products and unique selling points to expertly advise clients.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Travel within your assigned area, representing KeyTracker professionally.

  • Mathematically competent and attentive listeners.
