The Company
Being one of the UKs leading independent communications suppliers, specialising in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of wireless voice and data networks. Our client has a dedicated engineering team in the UK. Each of their staff member is trained by every leading manufacturer to the highest standard and provided with the latest DMR and Tetra test sets to ensure even the latest equipment can be repaired to component level. With continued expansion they are now seeking an established Account Manager to join this thriving business.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the continued increase in the UK market share through:
- Ensuring key accounts are maintained across the UK and Ireland
- The ability to talk to customers, on a technical level at all levels
- Responsible for scoping and translating Customer business requirements into costs effective solutions
- Developing market share growth within existing customers
- Identifying new customers, projects and markets when required
- Ensuring the clients brand image is maintained in the market
- Assisting in PMR/DMR exhibitions etc.
The Individual
- Experienced in a sales/account manager/results orientated role for at least 5+ years.
- Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
- Come ideally from a technology background but preference would be Radio Communications.
- Committed to travel nationally with overnight stays required occasionally
- Professional attitude
