As a Campaign Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of impactful campaigns that align with our clients commercial, policy, and partnership priorities. Your work will leverage digital tools and data insights, contributing to increased brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize tools like Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, and social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor campaign and website performance using analytics tools, optimizing for engagement and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and external agencies to develop creative assets adhering to brand guidelines.
- Create and implement effective content strategies across all stages of the marketing funnel.
- Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce costs.
- Oversee email marketing workflows, automated campaigns, and CRM integrations to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to social media campaigns, including both organic and paid strategies.
- Support in-person events like award ceremonies, exhibitions, and business meetings as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations in all marketing activities.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns, particularly with a digital focus.
- Proficiency with tools like Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, CRM platforms, CMS systems, and social media advertising.
- Skilled in design software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent team player with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to deliver impactful campaigns on time and within budget.
