Do you have CNC / Machinist and Management experience looking to join a national-leading company offering an autonomously led and vital role where you giving clear progression opportunities into senior leadership?

You will be working for an internationally-renowned manufacturer with over 150 years expertise within the sporting and luxury industry. They operate from a modern facility with a close-knit and skilled team.

In this Monday - Friday days based position, you will be managing a fully-equipped and well invested workshop. You will oversee a team of CNC machinists ensuring quality, continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing.

This role would suit an experienced Machinist looking to step up into a Senior management role where you will build and develop your own team and processes through autonomy and flexibility.


The Role.

  • Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm / 1pm Finish Friday).
  • Workshop based role.
  • Management of CNC / Machinist team.
  • Oversee quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing processes.



The Candidate.

  • CNC Miller / Turner / Programmer / Machinist.
  • Senior, Team Leader, Manager, Lead, Supervisor.
  • Commutable to central Birmingham.
