We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator with knowledge of Mazak or Miyano machines, ideally with sliding head experience, to join our growing team.

Job Description:
As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, specifically Mazak or Miyano models. Your role will involve ensuring that machines run efficiently and produce components to the highest quality standards. Candidates with sliding head experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Mazak or Miyano), ensuring precision and accuracy in all production.
• Program or adjust machine settings as required to meet job specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct production.
• Perform regular quality checks on produced parts to ensure they meet required standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator, ideally with Mazak or Miyano machines.
• Experience with sliding head CNC machinery is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
