Project Details
- Based in Birmingham
- 25 Million Surfacing project with housing estate, industrial estate and highways
- Future works already in the pipeline
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Liaise with client and maintain strong relationships
- Monitor and manage project progress, addressing early warnings
- Monitoring Programmes
- Setting our rams
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Surfacing and Asphalt is a key requirement
- Experience working for surfacing sub-contractors is essential
- Self-delivering the surfacing projects an essential requirement
- Obtains a CSCS and a CIS
