Assistant Site Manager - High-Rise Residential - Birmingham
Location: Birmingham City CentreSalary: £30,000 - £45,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

The Role:As the Assistant Site Manager, you'll support the Site Manager in overseeing the delivery of this prestigious project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
- Monitoring health and safety compliance across the site.
- Managing quality control processes to ensure all works meet the required specifications.
- Supporting progress reporting and attending site meetings with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale residential or high-rise projects.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to managing site activities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A solid understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ, HNC/HND in Construction, or a valid SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000.
- A car allowance of £4,500.
