Job Opportunity: Bricklaying Foreman - Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bricklaying Foreman to join our team ASAP! If you have a passion for managing construction sites and leading a team, we want to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Essential)
- SSSTS (Preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in bricklaying and site supervision
- Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and oversee the smooth running of the site
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate bricklaying teams
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards
- Manage resources and materials efficiently
- Report to the site manager and assist in planning and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
