TSA surveying is representing an established client who has a substantial presence in Birmingham and London. This company has been involved in successful projects in city centres destinations and new build establishments.
They are seeking a skilled building surveyor with a project bias who is based in the Birmingham region to oversee a range of projects which predominately be public sector orientated. A main responsibility in this job will be to have control of appointing a professional team and managing the performance of individuals within a project. You will work alongside external contractors to enhance the project work undertaken. The company frequently oversees project work in refurbishments and new build established often investing in project value from 300k up to 7m.
The ideal candidate will come from a building surveying background and will have either pursued professional development via MRICS or MCIOB. The individual will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in taking projects from specification through to delivery.
