Overview:
Are you experienced in cleaning at height?
We're looking for a hardworking individual to join our team as a Commercial Roof Cleaning and Maintenance Technician. This role involves cleaning and maintaining commercial roof gutter systems and other external surfaces across our client sites. It's perfect for someone with a background in commercial window cleaning, high-level pressure washing, or gutter cleaning who is confident working at height and values health and safety.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and maintain commercial roof gutter systems and external surfaces.
- Identify and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition and ready for use.
- Follow planned schedules to complete jobs on time and to high standards.
- Operate safely, adhering to all health and safety policies, including working at height.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and log completed work accurately.
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and emergencies as required.
- Use equipment such as MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) for safe working at height.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in commercial cleaning at height, such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or high-pressure washing.
- A clean driving license.
- Confidence working safely at height, with knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- IPAF certification (desirable) and SSSTS/SMSTS (desirable).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
