Job Title: Crane/Lift Supervisor

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Duration: 2 Years

Rate: £220 a day

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crane/Lift Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the cranes and lifts on a long-term basis in Birmingham, City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all crane operations on the site, ensuring the safe and efficient use of cranes in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct pre-start checks on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition, report any defects and ensure any necessary repairs are carried out promptly
  • Liaise with other site supervisors, site managers and crane operators to ensure that all crane operations are coordinated and carried out effectively
  • Manage the movement of loads, ensuring that they are correctly rigged and that safe lifting practices are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS Crane/Lift Supervisor card
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • All PPE
  • Manual Handling
