Evolve Personnel are recruiting an experienced Demolition Manager to assist with day to day running of multiple sites.

The company specialise in small to largedemolition projects/ Strip outswith types of works including; traditional top down demolition, cut and carve, enabling, remediation, asbestos removal and industrial dismantling sectors,

The role and responsibilities

  • The organising and running of multiple contracts/ projects at any one time and to ensure that they are taken from contract award through to site implementation and successful completion, whilst meeting NFDC standards.
  • Liaising with clients to prepare, plan and execute required documentation to commence project.
  • To attend site regularly and work alongside site staff to ensure the smooth running of the contract. This includes the governance of sub-contractors, suppliers and the daily on-site project team.
  • Resource management for plant, transport, materials and personnel.
  • Review and monitor on-site progress enabling delivery of contract that meets scheduling and budget requirements.
  • To use specialist knowledge to assess demolition options, to ensure best working methods are used with respect to scheduling and regulatory constraints.
  • To make recommendations and implement any changes to ensure improvements are made and excellent service is provided to the customer.
  • To ensure that the site is ran in accordance to Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Key Skills/Qualifications required

  • Strong background in specialistdemolition contracts
  • CCDO Manager Card
  • Experience with running multiple demolition contracts
  • Good man management skills
