Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. This role offers a negotiable salary up to 65K, plus a car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple electrical contracts, ensuring they meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to coordinate project activities and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct site visits, supervise project teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within the electrical or M&E industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
  • Project management skills with a track record of managing commercial, retail, education, or high residential fit-out projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle high-pressure environments.
