Job Overview:
We are seeking an Installation Manager to join our team at the Birmingham office. This role involves managing all remedial and installation works for our nationwide commercial customers. Responsibilities include supervising engineers, overseeing electrical sub-contractors, creating quotations from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), ordering materials, and evaluating profit margins to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage remedial and installation projects.
- Supervise and support engineers.
- Oversee electrical sub-contractors.
- Create quotations based on EICRs.
- Order necessary materials.
- Evaluate and ensure profit margins align with company objectives.
- Perform technical site audits.
Team Integration:
You will join our technical team and be nominated as an NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor.

The position is based at our Birmingham office.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Essential commercial supervisory experience.
- Experience managing sub-contractors.
- Ability to produce remedial quotations from commercial EICRs.
- Knowledge of commercial Periodic Inspection & Testing.
- Proven health and safety management and supervision skills.
- Essential on-site supervisory experience.
- Good IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- Must have been an NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor in the past two years.
- Fully electrically qualified.
- City & Guilds 2391.
- 18th Edition.
- NVQ Level 3 or AM2 required.
- Preferred additional qualifications: Part C, C&G 2400, or HNC.
- Health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH, are a plus.
