Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects in a commercial office environment.
• Supervise a team of 2 established engineers.
• Toolbox Talks and Day To Day organisation.
• Equipment includes 4 AHU's, 2 Generators and 6 Boilers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and project expenses.
• Liaise with the current Facilities Manager and in effect be their right hand engineer on everything technical.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3
• SSSTS
• Experience as a Supervisor or Lead Engineer is essential.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment and a commercial environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to cover engineers annual leave where necessary.
