- Pre-APC mock interviews, presentation training, and seminars.
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) lectures.
- Handling day-to-day tasks set by your line manager and APC supervisor.
- Taking ownership of projects within your team or department.
- Regularly liaising with your APC supervisor and counsellor to track progress.
- Managing your workload effectively and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Ensuring accuracy and high-quality reporting for clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Proactively looking for ways to enhance services and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with colleagues, sharing expertise, and contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Communicating clearly and professionally at all levels.
- Demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and professionalism in your work.
- A degree in Building Surveying.
- Relevant property-related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate your ideas effectively.
- A track record of academic and personal achievement.
- Motivation and commitment to a career in Surveying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
