What the job will be doing

Provide technical expertise in the delivery of the positive property management service and ensure maintenance service
Technical support and line management of day to day repairs and voids team ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer focus
Ensure job opportunities for resident participation in management and decision making of the services being delivered
To specify works and record finding for day to day repairs and voids
