A well-respected national building consultancy are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their expanding Birmingham team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from joining a successful team, working closely together to successfully deliver a wide range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, leisure, retail, public and office.
In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing services such as dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration and project management.
This position is ideal for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor looking to take that next step, gaining diverse experience within a forward-thinking environment.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be an enthusiastic individual with the ambition to further develop their career.
- BSc / MSc in Building Surveying
- MRICS is preferred
- Previous consultancy experience
- Both project and professional experience ideally
